Miami Marlin’s star pitcher Jose Fernández was anticipating fatherhood before he died Sunday. The 24-year-old had posted an Instagram photograph of his pregnant girlfriend, Carla Mendoza, just five days before he reportedly was killed in a boating accident along with two other men.
