The OPEC member states and other major oil producers including Russia are set to hold an informal meeting on the sidelines of the International Energy Forum (IEF15) in Algiers, coming closer to hopefully attempt freezing oil production, as Saudi Arabia and Iran’s production sets record levels, oil and energy experts told Sputnik.
