With the state assembly passing the Chotanagpur Tenancy (CNT) and Santhal Pargana Tenancy (SPT) Act Amendment Bill 2016 on Wednesday, the Jharkhand Advocates Association decided to approach the Jharkhand High Court with a writ, claiming it to be unconstitutional.
