Toronto mayor to propose road tolls on key Gardiner, DVP highways
Toronto Mayor John Tory will today announce his intention to introduce road tolls for two major highways that carry thousands of commuters into Canada's largest city - the Gardiner Expressway and Don Valley Parkway, according to a senior source at City Hall.
