Hawaiian Airlines boosts revenue forecast
DALLAS (AP) — Hawaiian Airlines is raising its fourth-quarter forecast for a key revenue figure and ordering more planes.
The Honolulu-based airline announced that it will buy one more Airbus A330 jet for long routes and lease two more Airbus A321neos, bringing its orders for the new A321 model to 18 by 2020.
Hawaiian's labor costs are up 11 percent, the company is still negotiating a new contract with pilots and will start talks soon with flight attendants.
