Excerpts from Cosby deposition that can be used at trial
A judge on Monday ruled that testimony Bill Cosby gave in an accuser’s lawsuit can be used at his sexual assault trial in Pennsylvania.
In his testimony, Cosby describes giving drugs and alcohol to women before sex, making secret payments to ex-lovers and hosting accuser Andrea Constand at his home in 2004. Cosby had become a friend and mentor after meeting Constand at Temple University, where he was a trustee and she managed the women’s basketball team.
