Citizens may have to wait a little longer before they see their city clean. Municipal commissioner Prashant Kumar directed Essel Infra, a private agency, to take over the work of solid waste management of the entire city by December 31. However, with only three weeks left for the deadline, it seems nearly impossible for the agency to cover the entire city.
