School board official avoids trial in frozen fish assault
SAUGUS, Mass. — A member of a Massachusetts town’s school committee charged with assaulting a man with frozen fish patties has been ordered to attend anger management classes.
The Daily Item of Lynn reports (http://bit.ly/2gLoWLL ) that 67-year-old Arthur Grabowski was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He was accused of hitting 73-year-old Martin Graney with a bag of frozen fish patties during an argument at a veterans’ food drive at the Saugus Senior Center in May.
