Ukraine's and Poland’s state-run oil and gas companies Naftogaz and PGNIG have applied to Bundesnetzagentur, Germany’s Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railway, for participation in quadripartite agreement on the use of Opal gas pipeline's capacity, a source from the Agency told RIA Novosti.
