People v. O.J. Simpson, This Is Us Top Golden Globe Nominations
American Crime Story and This Is Us led Monday's Golden Globe Awards nominations.
FX's People v. O.J. Simpson is up for five awards, including TV movie/limited series, and acting honors for Emmy winners Courtney B. Vance, Sarah Paulson and Sterling K. Brown.
John Travolta also received a nomination.
Brown's latest series, This Is Us, nabbed three nods: drama series, and supporting actress mentions for Chrissy Metz and Mandy Moore.
Defending champ Mr. Robot was dropped, but stars Rami Malek and reigning supporting actor winner Christian Slater both made it in.
Reigning comedy series champ Mozart in the Jungle will try to defend its crown against Atlanta, Black-ish, Transparent and Veep.
The 74th Golden Globe Awards, hosted by Jimmy Fallon, will air Sunday, Jan. 8 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on NBC.
