An official with the opposition National Coalition denied any deal for the government forces to enter a rebel-held area near Damascus to access the capital's water supply on Wednesday, according to Al Jazeera. "This information is untrue and is a part of the (regime and its allies') psychological warfare," said Ahmen Ramadan though another source said hundreds of civilians were leaving under an agreement.
