Trade tribunal won't halt inquiry into weather supercomputer contract

A trade tribunal is proceeding with its inquiry into how the federal government handled the purchase of a powerful new weather-predicting supercomputer for Environment Canada. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal dismissed a jurisdictional challenge from Shared Services Canada.
