Chandra Chetia and Buddha Bania, both lifers at Jorhat Central Jail, have become a source of inspiration for their fellow inmates after they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) on Sunday.
