A culinary circus comes to Berkeley
The stage for “Cuisine and Confessions” is a fully operational kitchen, with a tall grid of shelves holding every ingredient and cooking utensil one could need.
The 7 Fingers’ latest show combines acrobatics, dance, theater and culinary art, as the performers roll around on the counters and climb up and down the shelves, reaching for the next ingredient to throw into their act.
In “Cuisine and Confessions,” which runs this weekend in Berkeley, the 7 Fingers are serving up a delightful inquiry into what they call “life’s big questions,” along with a side of some freshly baked banana bread.
