The Russian Constitutional Court's stance on the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling regarding now-defunct Russian oil firm Yukos does not affect the cooperation between Russia and the Council of Europe (CoE), Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Aleksey Meshkov told Sputnik.
