Moscow condemns the deadly attack on the staff of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in northern Afghanistan, and calls on the local authorities to take all necessary measures to bring those behind the assault to justice, the Russian Foreign Ministry's spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Thursday.
