The Syrian opposition High Negotiations Committee (HNC) representatives told Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov they have differences with other opposition platforms and cannot allow a fusion between the delegations, HNC delegation member Monzer Makhous, who was present at the meeting, told Sputnik.
