Former President Bill Clinton appeared to be trolling President Donald Trump on Twitter Sunday while simultaneously promoting a new exhibit at the Clinton Presidential Center. The tweet seemingly poked fun at President’s Trump’s controversial claims that the Obama administration ordered wiretapping of the Trump Tower in New York City prior to his November election victory — claims that have repeatedly be deemed false.
