WHITE MARSH, Md. — A Maryland man who pleaded guilty to assault after setting two men on fire more than a year ago now faces a murder charge in the case. Baltimore County police say 29-year-old Christopher Harrison Jr. set 25-year-old Shawn Scarinzi and 22-year-old David Campbell on fire after a fight in December 2015.
