I have a series on my channel where we eat good food and talk about our mental health. Jeanine reached out to me and wanted to share how she views mental health from a Christian perspective. I find it very interesting because I too grew up in a very religious household and my mental health journey has changed my perspectives. We talk about the importance of having something to hold onto during hard times. For Jeanine and many others, that is their faith. For some it's believing a greater being is looking out for us. Even the thought of light at the end of the tunnel is enough to keep going.
