Not necessary to go to law dept: Goa's chief secretary
The state government is examining the mercy petition of convicted legislator Francisco ‘Mickky’ Pacheco, and once done the report will be sent to the governor, chief secretary R K Srivastava told TOI on Wednesday. He said the matter is being examined ever since the receipt of the communique from Raj Bhavan.
