AMRUT holds key to better civic amenities

For residents of Alambagh water crisis every year during summer is on its way to becoming a thing of past hope with Lucknow Municipal Corporation’s proposal to set up waterworks in the area under Centre’s AMRUT (Atal Mission for rejuvenation and Urban Transformation) Yojna. Like Alambagh, many localities of the city which were no benefitted under UPA’s earlier JNNURM scheme will be covered under AMRUT.
