GAYLORD ― If you've been in a gym, to a field or perhaps a golf course around Gaylord, you're bound to run into Tom Johnson. That's been true for the past 50 years, five decades where Johnson has given his life back to the area as a mentor for young individuals, a head coach for multiple sports and an MHSAA official.
