Yerevan highlights role of House of Representatives in context of strengthening strategic partnership between Armenia and U.S.
ArmInfo. Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan received a bipartisan delegation from the US House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs.
According to the Foreign Ministry's press service, during the meeting, the Deputy Minister discussed in detail the key issues on the agenda of bilateral relations between Armenia and the US and, in this context, presented the latest developments.
Vahan Kostanyan highlighted the continuous progress recorded in Armenia-US strategic relations in recent months and the implementation of the agreements reached at the Washington Summit on August 8, 2025, particularly noting the recent adoption by the governments of Armenia and the US of a framework agreement for the implementation of the TRIP Roadmap.
The parties emphasized the important role of the US House of Representatives in strengthening the strategic partnership between Armenia and the US and exchanged views on possible measures the US legislature can take to promote regional peace and unblock communications.
