Former longtime NHL general manager Ray Shero, who passed away in April at age 62, will be honored with the 2025 Lester Patrick Trophy during the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame induction ceremony in December.

Shero's two runs as a general manager included 2006-14 with the Pittsburgh Penguins, who won the Stanley Cup in 2009, as well as 2015-20 with the New Jersey Devils.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers won't have star quarterback Zach Collaros for Saturday afternoon's game against the host Ottawa Redblacks.

The Dolphins expect unretired tight end Darren Waller to make his Miami debut in Week 4 against the visiting New York Jets.
