Economists see India's GDP growth strong in real terms, but low inflation narrows nominal expansion
New Delhi [India], January 7 (ANI): The National Statistics Office (NSO) on Wednesday released the first advance estimates estimating the Real GDP to grow by 7.4% in the Financial year 2025-26 against the growth rate of 6.5% during FY 2024-25.
Real GDP is estimated to attain a level of Rs 201.90 lakh crore in FY26, against the Provisional Estimates (PE) of GDP for FY25 of Rs 187.97 lakh crore, it said.
