New Delhi [India], February 5 (ANI): Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta took a swipe at former chief minister and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal over the 'Sheesh Mahal' controversy, calling the renovated official residence a 'White Elephant'.
