Jaypee Infratech Ltd money laundering case: Delhi HC extends interim bail of former CMD Manoj Gaur
New Delhi [India], February 6 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Friday extended the interim bail granted to Manoj Gaur, former CMD, Jaypee Infratech Ltd, for 10 days. He has been arrested for alleged money laundering.
He was granted 14 days' interim bail by the trial court due to his mother's health. The order was challenged by the ED. Gaur had also sought the extension of the interim bail. Justice Anup Jairam Bhamb
