In the past 15 years, sentencing guidelines for juveniles have changed. "48 Hours" correspondent Erin Moriarty spoke to Patrick Flaherty, an inmate in Missouri who claims he was given an excessive sentence when he was young. He says he and others like him deserve a second chance.
