Why California is considering later school start times

More than three million students in California could soon wake up to a later start time at school. State lawmakers passed a bill last week that would require middle and high schools statewide to start no earlier than 8:30 a.m. California's governor has until the end of the month to decide if he will sign the bill into law. Dr. Carol Ash, a sleep expert with RWJBarnabas Health in New Jersey, joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss how sleep deprivation for students is a common problem across the country.

Missouri probe into Catholic clergy abuse met with some skepticism

The attorney general of Missouri is defending a new investigation of sex abuse within the Catholic Church, even though he doesn't have subpoena power and will have to rely on the cooperation of church leaders.
