How women of color are changing representation and the Democratic Party

A majority of voters – 78 percent – wanted to see more women in office, according to our CBS News exit polls. That wish was reflected in the results. Female candidates won at least 114 races, including both new candidates and incumbents. With DeSantis victory, Florida governor's race broke heavily along racial lines

The Democratic Party's effort to make history in the Florida governor's race fell short, with Ron DeSantis defeating Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum by less than 60,000 votes. In the Senate race, Sen. Bill Nelson is trailing Republican Gov. Rick Scott by 38,000 votes, and there may have to be a recount. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
