Arizona is reviewing its lethal injection procedure after an execution that should have taken 10 minutes dragged on for an hour and 57 minutes. The two drugs have been used in an execution in Ohio where the inmate gasped for nearly 30 minutes before he died. Ben Tracy reports.

CDC urges more teens to get HPV vaccine

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says HPV vaccination rates for adolescent boys and girls in the United States remains unacceptably low, despite a slight increase since 2012.
