The FBI made one of the arrests this morning at JFK airport as Akhror Saidakhmetov was preparing to fly from New York to Turkey. According to court documents, Saidakhmetov and Abdurasul Juraboev wanted to join ISIS, and if they couldn't get into Syria, the backup plan was an attack on American soil. Jeff Pegues reports.

40-year anniversary of bulletproof vests for cops
