Busy holiday travel continues by road and air

Winter weather is causing travel headaches across the country. Hundreds of miles of highways in the Dakotas are closed due to white-out conditions. More than 3,000 flights were delayed Monday, and 300 cancelled. Several shot in Chicago over the Christmas weekend

At least 27 people were shot over the holiday weekend in Chicago, including seven fatally. There have been 745 gun homicides this year in Chicago, a more than 50 percent increase over 2015.

Fake news story on nukes blamed for Israel-Pakistan tension

Fake news caused a tense exchange between nuclear powers Pakistan and Israel. Pakistan's foreign minister sent out a tweet on Friday, apparently responding to a false story that Israel had threatened to use its nuclear arsenal.
