Penn State frat suspended after student's death

Beta Theta Pi at Penn State University is suspended after the death of 19-year-old Timothy Piazza. Police say he was found unconscious inside their fraternity house Friday morning. The coroner ruled his death accidental. Investigators are now looking for video evidence from inside the house. Jericka Duncan reports.

Yemen withdraws permission for U.S. to launch Special Ops

The government of Yemen has withdrawn permission for the U.S. to launch Special Operations ground missions inside the country. The rebuke comes after a raid against an al Qaeda compound in Yemen's Bayda province. At least 30 people were killed including civilians, and American Navy SEAL Ryan Owens also died. Trump says he'll take travel ban to Supreme Court if necessary

President Trump says judges should not interfere with his efforts to protect Americans. The president complained again Tuesday about the legal challenge to his temporary travel ban. On Capitol Hill, the secretary of homeland security defended the executive order, but could not give examples of how it would make the country safer. Major Garrett reports.

Court hears arguments over Trump's travel ban

Three federal judges in California are deciding the fate of President Trump's temporary travel ban. A decision is expected soon from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. A lower-court judge blocked the president's executive order that would stop refugees from coming to the U.S. for 120 days. It would also keep citizens of seven mostly-Muslim nations from entering the U.S. for 90 days. Jan Crawford reports.
