Arrest made in connection to Gilgo Beach murders case

Police have a person in custody in connection to New York's infamous Gilgo Beach murders over a decade ago, CBS News has confirmed. The so-called "Long Island Serial Killer" is believed to be responsible for the unsolved murders of at least 10 women whose bodies were found on Long Island's Gilgo Beach.

A team of researchers from the United Kingdom determined that the point at which heat becomes seriously dangerous to humans is between 104 and 122 degrees Fahrenheit. Hollywood actors to go on strike

After failing to reach a deal with Hollywood studios, SAG-AFTRA announced Thursday that its approximately 160,000 members will join the Writers Guild of America on the picket lines, officially going on strike beginning at midnight Thursday. It will mark the first time that Hollywood actors and writers will be on strike concurrently in more than 60 years. Nischelle Turner has more.
