While accompanying President Trump on his first foreign trip in office, First Lady Melania Trump had quite the day. She began at the Vatican where she had a funny miscommunication with Pope Francis. She later visited a children's hospital in Rome where she took selfies, signed bandages and even spoke Italian with the young patients.
