Prosecutors revealed that it was the co-pilot of Germanwings Flight 9525, Andreas Lubitz, who deliberately drove the plane into the ground in southern France; and, a Justice Department watchdog report claims DEA agents participated in sex parties with prostitutes in Colombia over several years between 2005 and 2008.
