TROPICAL Storm Cristobal landed in the Gulf Coast this weekend as the region sought off cases of COVID-19, sparking fears people may not want to evacuate as 50mph winds slammed into Louisiana. The storm has since calmed slightly, but forecasters believe it will soon regroup.
