Many critics of President Trump have it totally backwards. It was Iowa's illegal and unwise plan request to get a waiver from provisions of the Affordable Care Act that was an attempt at sabotage. President Trump's rejection of that waiver actually leaves Obamacare, for better or worse, in place.
