Indiana State Representative Jim Lucas (R-Seymour) has proposed that journalists be licensed. Admittedly, it's a publicity ploy to draw attention to Second Amendment rights, but it's worth paying attention to in light of President Trump's ongoing "fake news" battle with the media.
