A constitutional law attorney has challenged the legitimacy and powers of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. If the arguments prevail in the Supreme Court and Mueller's authority is ruled unconstitutional, pending Special Counsel prosecutions would have to be invalidated, according to Paul Kamenar.
