After initially saying it would not hold the U. S. Open Wheelchair Tennis Competition, the USTA on Wednesday announced that the event will be held September 10-13 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, N. Y., its traditional place on the U. S. Open calendar.
