IRS data shows people have been flocking to no-income-tax states for years. In an effort to make the Magnolia State more attractive to new families, employers, and job creation, Governor Tate Reeves (R-Miss.) recently proposed a new budget that would make Mississippi the 10th no-income-tax state.
