Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH-4) sent a letter to Ceres and CalPERS warning them they may be violating antitrust laws because of "ESG policies" and their role in Climate Action 100+. Given the topic, I was disappointed not to be copied. Wanting to be helpful, I went ahead and wrote Mr. Jordan anyway.
