Hussainabad police apprehended four individuals, including three women, in Daltonganj on Monday, seizing a total of 8.6 kg of cannabis. The arrests followed raids on the residences of Bablu Gupta, Durga Devi, and Savita Devi, where the contraband was discovered in varying quantities.
