Ranchi's Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (Rims) is set for a major upgrade following its 64th Governing Body meeting. Health Minister Irfan Ansari chaired discussions on constructing new Outpatient and Inpatient Department buildings to combat excessive patient load and increase bed capacity.
