Three dead, two firefighters injured after fire in Logan County
LOGAN COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) - Officials confirm that three people are dead and two firefighters were injured Saturday morning after a fire at a home in Logan County.
Emergency Manager of Logan County, Steve Haga, confirms this was in a mobile home that caught on fire on the 6000 block of Terrell Road at around 5:54 a.m. Saturday.
Three individuals escaped from the fire, while three others were found inside deceased. The victims have not been identified.
Crews from Guthrie, Woodcrest, Oak Cliff, Meridian, and Sooner all responded to the fire.
The two firefighters who were injured were both transported to nearby hospitals.
This investigation is being led by the State Fire Marshall, and the cause of the fire is unknown.
No other details have been released at this time.
