EMBARK kicks off free student rides starting August
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - EMBARK officials are offering public transportation for students as a part of its expanded Haul Pass Program beginning August 1st.
EMBARK says, the Haul Pass Program provides public transportation for students, 18-years and under to school at no cost. Additionally, students can schedule for transportation for school organized field trips assisting students development with understanding public transportation.
Who is eligible?
- Youth age 0-18 traveling within our service area are eligible to receive free fare on all fixed-route bus, RAPID NW, and OKC Streetcar service.
All participants must fill out the online form
- Age 11 and Younger: No photo is required.
- Ages 12 and Older: Please provide a headshot picture without hoodies or sunglasses on a neutral background for an EMBARK ID. Please also provide proof of age with one of the following documents:
- Birth certificate.
- Driver's license.
- Student ID or proof of current school enrollment, such as a transcript or class schedule.
- State or military ID.
- Ages 19 and older: After completing the application form a member of the Customer Service team will contact you.
