Putnam City school board seeks community input for next superintendent
PUTNAM CITY, Okla. (KFOR) - The Putnam City School board is seeking community input regarding the district's next superintendent.
According to Putnam School officials, in partnership with the Oklahoma State School Boards Association (OSSBA), a comprehensive and transparent search is set to be conducted to attract highly qualified candidates in continuing the tradition and future vision of Putnam City Schools.
The Board and OSBA are seeking valuable input from district staff, families, and community members through an anonymous ThoughtExchange survey.
“As we start the process of looking for our next superintendent, community input will be important,” said Board President Steve Burger. “We want to ensure that the next superintendent will reflect the priorities and traditions of our District as well as the dreams and goals of our students, staff, and families.”
The survey is open and can be accessed here. The survey is scheduled to close on November 13th.
